We appreciate the importance of maintaining this privacy and confidentiality. We ensure that all data provided to us either directly from yourselves or through your agreed third parties will only be used for the purposes of background checks as described in full detail in our Privacy Notice. We ensure we provide a professional service which is safe and secure to use and make every effort to comply with our obligations under the 1998 Data Protection Act (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Marketing
We will only use your data to send related information about roles and information we think you will find useful. Any other marketing activity we may decide we would ask for your consent prior to this.
